Stax used to run on a platform we rented and had to work around. V3 is our own, hosted on Amazon Web Services and designed around one thing: the way you process finance. Pages load in moments, there are fewer screens, and when you tell us something could work better, our own team changes it.
The retailer portal
Pipeline figures across the top, your applications underneath, and everything about the list built to get you to the right application quickly.

The application journey
A smarter calculator, consents done properly, and the customer application on one page. The quote panel follows you as you scroll, so the monthly payment, term and lender are always in view.

The quote updates as you type. Enter what the customer is comfortable paying monthly and Stax shows the maximum loan that fits. Add an overpayment and see the time saved, the interest saved and the new end date.

The quote is locked here, so what the customer agreed to is exactly what proceeds. Whether you hand over to the customer or carry on together, Stax emails them their funding options document automatically.

The lender waterfall
Your customer completes one form. Stax sends it to a lineup configured for your business, typically a prime lender first with a specialist behind it, and reports each decision as it lands.

Training and compliance
Every customer receives a written copy of every payment option available to them, on every sale. When the regulator asks how a customer was shown their options, this is the answer.

Every option presented, with deposit, term, monthly payments and total payable, alongside the cash alternative, with the chosen option marked. It sends itself, a copy is held against the application, and admins can download it as a PDF.
The FCA course for retailer partners has been rewritten around the Consumer Duty, for salespeople and admin staff with no finance background. Complete it and Stax issues a certificate, valid for twelve months, with a QR code a lender or auditor can verify.
Four retailer roles, permissions set person by person, invitations you send yourself, one-time-code sign-in with no passwords, and an activity trail for every user.
